How to Factory Reset Your Telly

Telly can be reset to the original settings with a few clicks. This factory reset will ask you to repair your Telly remote, connect to wifi, and pair your Telly app with Telly. If you are logged into apps on Tellys smart screen like Spotify, it will ask you to log back into spotify. A reset will not ask you to set up or log into your streaming apps again. 

If you need to do a factory reset, These simple steps will guide you through the process! 

1. Press the three bars button on your Telly remote.
2. Select the Help & Support menu.
3. Scroll down to Factory Reset TV.

You’ll see a prompt asking if you want to restore your device to its default settings. Please note that this will erase all data, accounts, files, and downloaded apps.

Need to factory reset without using your Telly remote? We have two options: 

1. Option 1: In the Telly mobile app- click account settings, the picture of the Telly, and select factory reset 
2. Option 2: On the Telly itself, press the volume down button on the right hand side of Telly for 30 seconds. It will let you know that Telly is going to power down and factory reset.
