How to Set Up a Watch Party

Telly offers a unique experience that lets you and your friends enjoy the big game or have a movie marathon together from the comfort of your own homes. With Telly’s combination of Video Calling and various viewing features, you can easily host the ultimate Watch Party!

Want to create a Watch Party? It’s easy! Here’s how:

1. Open the Zoom App: Once you click into the app, you’ll see options to either Start a Meeting or Join a Meeting.
   • If Joining a Meeting: Just enter the meeting ID for the session you want to join. The app will then ask if you’d like to use your camera. Don’t worry; it will remember your choice for next time!
   • If Creating a Meeting: You’ll need to enter your name, and then the app will start the meeting. It will again ask if you want to activate the camera and will remember your selection.
2. While in a Meeting: Press the Home button on your Telly remote.
3. Choose Your Content: This will let you browse and pick a streaming app, show, event, or movie that you’d like to watch, all while still connected to your meeting.
4. Leaving the Meeting: If you decide you want to leave the meeting, simply press the Smart Screen button on your Telly remote. This will give you access to the meeting menu, where you can control your options.
