A streaming app is not working

To stream your favorite shows and movies on Telly, simply plug your favorite streaming device into one of the three HDMI ports on the left hand side of Telly. After you have plugged that device in and selected the HDMI port it is plugged into, if you are having issues opening an app you will want to reach out to the streaming device provider (ie Roku, Apple TV, FireTV, etc) if you are not able to use an app on the device. 

If you are using the Android dongle that was Included in the box and are having an issue opening a specific app, unplug the dongle for a few seconds and plug it back in.
